Truman B. Rucker has tried in excess of one hundred jury trials in state and federal courts for both plaintiffs and defendants. He draws upon thirty years of civil trial and appellate practice in bringing his settlement skills and arbitration decision-making to the litigation setting. Scott McDaniel has a broad range of experience in civil litigation, distinguishing himself as a first-chair trial lawyer, as well as an effective advocate in alternative forms of dispute resolution. Mr. McDaniel serves as a senior trial lawyer, who has developed an impressive track record of success in both state and federal courts. Mr. McDaniel has gained lead lawyer status in a number of complex cases involving joint defense groups by virtue of his analytical, advocacy and leadership skills. His maturity and prowess has been recognized by the judiciary by virtue of his appointment to the post of Adjunct Settlement Judge by the judges of the federal and state courts in Tulsa. As a Mediator Certified by the Institute for Conflict Management, Mr. McDaniel has successfully mediated many disputes within his areas of emphasis, which include construction, environmental, commercial, employment, and tort issues.

Jack D. Crews offers his more than 30 years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, products liability, railroad accidents, and social security law to help you resolve your cases. Mr. Crew has served as an adjunct settlement judge for the Tulsa Early Settlement Program and a Worker’s Compensation Court mediator.

Mr. Starr brings his experience of having tried over 100 cases to verdict to help you mediate your dispute. Mr. Starr is an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocate (ABOTA) and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He serves as the Chairperson of the Oklahoma Bar Association Insurance Section. He has been recognized in Oklahoma's SuperLawyers magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. He has published articles on Oklahoma automobile insurance, attorney liens, and minor's personal injury claims. He is a noted speaker for continuing legal education seminars on insurance law and trial tactics.

A. Mark Smiling brings his 25 plus years as a trial lawyer practicing in Oklahoma to assist you in settling your disputes. Mr. Smiling has tried, as the lead attorney, over 400 jury trials, cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucks, products liability, commercial litigation, nursing home, healthcare, malpractice, white collar crimes, and general insurance law. Mr. Smiling is a Barrister in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
David D. Wilson has tried in excess of two hundred jury trials in state and federal courts. He draws upon thirty-eight years of civil trial and appellate practice. He has been certified as a mediator for three years, and serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Early Settlement Program supervised by the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Mr. Wilson has tried jury trials involving veterinary malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, products liability, bad faith litigation and general insurance litigation. Mr. Wilson has also been actively involved in the resolution of insurance coverage issues.
Peter Erdoes
Mr. Erdoes is a veteran Oklahoma City trial attorney who handles both Plaintiff's and Defendant's civil cases. Scott Ryan is an experienced trial attorney. He has been actively involved in civil litigation as well as serving as an Army Reserve JAG officer. In 2006, the OBA Board of Governors honored U.S. Army Capt. Scott Ryan with its first ever Medal of Valor. Capt. Ryan was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for exceptionally meritorious service and dedication to duty during combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Ryan's practice areas include negligence, products liability, construction disputes and insurance disputes. Recently, he has been heavily involved in defense of mold litigation. He has also practiced in the area of professional malpractice defense, including defending optometrists and insurance agents. He has completed approximately, 100 jury trials as lead counsel in state, federal and military courts.

Robert P. Coffey, Jr. brings his extensive background in handling and trying case in the area of Transportation, Insurance, Commercial/Business Litigation, Corporate Law, and General Civil Litigation to help you resolve your disputes. He also brings his unique background of having served as a Department of Labor Administrative Judge and as the Supreme Court Justice for the Potawatomie Indian Nation to the table to help you find a solution outside of the courtroom either through mediation or arbitration.
Mark A. Warman bring his unique perspective of having worked both predominately as a Plaintiff’s attorney and Defense attorney at different times in his career to help you resolve your disputes. He is a 1988 graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law. His practice focuses on personal injury claims, bad faith claims and coverage issues.He is a partner in the firm of Wilkerson,Wassall and Warman.
